Boise Real Estate Search

Good Morning!
Wow, I was doing some research this weekend on key phrases used to search for Boise Idaho Real Estate and was very surprised at what I found, Boise Real Estate as Bosie Real Estate, Bosie RealEstate, or Boise RealEstate. It seems that a lot of people spell Real Estate as one word, RealEstate. I also found out that I live in Bosie Idaho and not Boise Idaho. I also found out people are searching for key phrases like Homes For Sale In Bosie. It's kind of interesting how many misspelled words are used in search engines. I know I guess sometimes and let the search engine correct me. I even found out people have been searching for Tom MLS Boise. Here's a good one, Lil Bosie? Don't know what that one means. Back to the point, you might wonder what difference it makes as to what people are searching for. It is part of my job to incorporate keywords and phrases in my website so the search engines find the keywords and key phrases to rank the website as to it's relevance to the keywords searched. So, I have to try and put the keywords and phrases in meta tags and text on the website so the search engines find them and rank my site on the first page of google, yahoo, msn, or any other search engine you might use. Well back to working on doing just what I explained.

Boy has this ever been a nice weekend! Two really beautiful Idaho Spring days! People are out looking at Boise Idaho Real Estate and enjoying the weather. I've had a lot of interest in Boise Real Estate from out of state people in the last week. I've had calls from Alaska, California, and Arizona. I've even got a couple of emails from out of the country. I've been talking with my broker and from what he says things are picking up. The number of transactions in our office doubled in the month of April compare to the two prior months. The Nampa Real Estate market is doing very well also. And don't forget there are new subdivisions opening up! Now is the time to buy before the Boise Real Estate Market starts climbing. If you or someone that you know is interested in buying or selling, let me know and I'd be glad to assist them. Don't forget to check out our Boise Real Estate Search. Hope you Sunday is a great Day!

Good Morning!
Yesterday I went to the opening of a new subdivision in Eagle, Idaho called Eaglefield Estates. It represents more of what you might see in future Boise Real Estate subdivisions.. There will be patio homes, condos, 4 plexes, and single family homes. What this shows me is the Boise Idaho Real Estate market is still alive and getting better. People would not be opening new subdivisions if they didn't think homes were going to be built and sold. Avimor community just had it's grand opening not long ago and it is a planned community that is huge, so Real Estate in the Boise Idaho area is alive and growing! Avimor even has Boise Commercial Real Estate planned in the future. The City of Meridian is putting in a new pump station for sewer on Black Cat road between Ustick and McMilan. The sewer is being ran North on Black Cat about 1 1/2 miles across Chinden Blvd to service the area between Chinden and the Boise River. That sewer line will also service a couple of new purposed subdivisions along Black Cat Rd. So, I believe that we should be looking for continued growth in the Boise Real Estate market.

Water! Yes, Water. We have a lot of lakes, reservoirs, and streams that depend on the snow pack in the mountains. Most people that live in the Boise Idaho Real Estate area depend on that snow pack for a lot of their summer fun. Whether you a farmer that depends on water for irrigation, or go to Sandy Point below Lucky Peak Dam for a swim, float down the Boise River on a tube, boat or water ski one of the reservoirs, ride your jet ski, kayak, white water raft, fish, race a sprint boat, or whatever you might do that includes water in one of our many streams, lake, or reservoirs we depend on the snow pack of the state of Idaho to supply that water. This year has been a banner year for our snow pack. Most places have over the 100% compared to the 30 year average and some even are over 200%! Here it is the end of April and you can still see snow on Bogus Basin Ski Resort above Boise. I was told a long time ago by an old farmer that you didn't want to plant crops before the snow was off Bogus. Well, if you waited this year you might be too late! It's still nice to look at Bogus and see snow when it's around 70 here in the Treasure Valley (Boise Area) and I'm sure that won't last much longer as the temperatures are warming up and the snow you can see will be gone soon.

Good Morning!
Yesterday I was talking to a young lady about Boise Real Estate and Boise Real Estate Agents. She was telling me about doing business with a builder that has agents as employees and not independent contractors, and of course she was told she didn't need her own agent, they would take care of her. When the deal was all done the price was raised $3,000 to cover the cost of the extras they wanted, as they were lead to believe and signed the counter offer. That's what they thought until they actually got to reading all the extra addendums and stuff that was added to the contract. The price was raised $3,000 and the extras taken away. The agent that had been helping them just said I'm sorry I missed that! It got resolved but the young lady said lesson learned. You need your own agent! I've dealt with the same company a number of times and they do not give you a better deal with or without your own agent. What most people don't realize is that it does not cost the buyer for their Boise Real Estate Agent, the seller pays for them. In the case I was just describing, the agent works for the builder and whose best interest does that agent have on their mind, not yours! That agent is worried about their job and their boss, not what kind of deal they can get for you or taking care of your best interest. So, Remember, if you have your own Boise Real Estate Agent, they work for you, look out for you, and you don't even have to pay them, the seller will pay them for you! Make sure to get your own agent so you have someone representing you that does not have the sellers best interest in mind.
